Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!

thank you for stopping by, reading my blog and commenting, this is what makes spark so great.

I have had a rest day last week: two in fact but i actually did some light activity on those days - i dont know maybe i shouled just not do anything at all but it doesnt feel right.
I am better today though, went for my morning run as usual and it was great. Hope you have a great day ahead and thanks again.... emoticon

I hear you on the photo's. I don't like photo's of me either, but I like the feeling of knowing who I'm writing to so I went for it...I'm still a bit afraid that I did.

I'll let you know how it goes this week on the spark menu. I can see already some of the items I will need to substitute but it really helps having a guideline. In fact some of the items allow me food I would never allow myself....so I think their menu is more balanced than mine was....like I don't see them having me eating popcorn for dinner...lol...

I just read your comment on the bad habit you broke by quitting your abusive job. Congratulations. I know that was hard. We're all afraid of change but you did it and it sounds like it paid off....not just monetarily but mentally...and physically AND with your family.
While I am okay with my job, I also never know how one person in my office will react from one thing to another. It's walking on eggs and trying to stay beneath the radar as much as possible but it's stressful and unpleasant to say the least. I think often about making my change but haven't had the guts yet. I commend you! Best of luck!

Hey, thanks for stopping by and reading my blog. I really like your suggestion about getting together with a personal trainer. The irony is, my job actually provides one to us for free, so it's definitely time to get cracking on that. Good luck to you, and thanks again!
