I started the day off right. Met a friend at Planet a Fitness. A friend that pushes me to do more and better. We had so much fun.

My goals this week:
1. Move every day - minimum of 30 minutes
2. Track 100% of what I eat on Sparkpeople and stay within my calorie range.

My Program:
I am turning 50 this year. I want to lose weight so I can be active with my family and enjoy life. I love fashion and would like to wear whatever I like, not what fits! My husband and two daughters mean the world to me. We are going to Hawaii this year for vacation and I want to drop some weight before we go so me knees will quit hurting and I will have the energy to do what we want!

Other Information:
I work full time and I love to shop! I also love ti lift weights, but find it a challenge to get my cardio in.
