I started exercising at the gym back in July and to date have lost 57 lbs; additionally losing three waist sizes and a shirt size...I also take a yoga class at the gym...this change can be attributed to the fact that my married sons want me to be healthy to be with my future grandchildren...

To lose an additional 50 lbs, become healthier and build up some muscle...

My Program:
Gym 6x week...cardio for at least 1 hour, weights/machines another hour...yoga once per week...eating healthy..

Saw your approaching your weight lost goal dropping 80 lbs from your first entry. Way to go. People like you are a inspiration to other SPARK People community members.
