Slow and steady...

This is not my first attempt at this... I've started a couple of times and been successful, but have let life get in the way and fallen off the bandwagon for months at a time.

I know that this will be a slow, but steady journey. I know that I will have weeks at a time where motivation will be low, but I will also have weeks where it is through the roof. I have made huge changes to my diet and become more in tune with my body than ever before.

I WILL do this!

My Program:
I am hopping back on this wagon with the 5k Walking plan here on SparkPeople, and supplementing that with a little morning yoga each day, a bike ride here or there, and mowing my 1/2 acre with a manual reel mower. XD

I've done strength training here and there, but nothing hardcore or consistent. I'm hoping to change that soon...

Personal Information:
I am 28 years young, live in Middle Tennessee, and have been married to my sweet husband for 4 1/2 years. We have two adorable cats, Keeva and Maev.

Other Information:
I originally joined SP a few years ago and lost 25 pounds, which I managed to maintain for about 6 months. I gained 15 of that back before starting SP again in April 2013. I lost 15 pounds, which I have maintained, though I left SP for a while.

This is my third time around, and I am hoping not to let life's hurdles get in my way this time. I managed to keep eating healthy (mostly) during my recent hiatus, but did not work out consistently. I'm aiming to change that!
