My Goals:
new goals: consistently run a mile in under 14 min. increase percentile rating to 46% on Adult Fitness Test.
My Program:
I am amping up my workouts at kickboxing by going 3 min rounds instead of 2, and pushing for "just one more" rep during calisthenics.Using a 5k training program. Using a wicked cardio-ab routine once a week in addition to what we do in KB. Use Spark people videos to keep my workouts fresh.
