What's the BEST thing that could happen?!?

I turned 54 this year. Feeling my age a bit but that's just motivation to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Trying new things motivates me. Spending time with family and friends sustains me. Wishing all of you a year that excites and uplifts your spirit!

My Goals:
to be athletic, energetic, and to handle stress in a positive way.

first up: stop eating after 8pm
#2: drink at least 64oz of water/day
#3 fruit w/breakfast
#4 wash dishes before bed!
#5 veg w/lunch
#6 veg w/dinner
#7 set out clothes at night

My Program:
I meet a friend and/or my daughter at Planet Fitness at least 5x's/wk. We use the strength training machines, cardio machines and sometimes the 30 min. circuit. We like to change it up all the time!

Personal Information:
love living in NC with my husband (married 30 years May 2015) and adult daughter(who lives nearby) and working out with friends. enjoy working with positive people at our towns' botanical garden.

Other Information:

And I love Aldi's, but their produce tends to go bad too quickly. I'm excited that they're removing fake sweeteners and trans fats from their products!

A lot of my local pantries won't accept anything not in a box or can, but several are connected w/grocery stores that donate soon to be out of date produce. We can at least provide low salt canned veggies, fruits in fruit juice, and whole grain pasta

Thanks for the blog reply. I read several articles that concluded the same thing. I guess I'll just play with it. If eating more makes me plateau or gain weight I'll know not to count them. If not counting them does the same I'll know to eat more.
