to be athletic, energetic, and to handle stress in a positive way.

My Program:
using the 28-day bootcamp challenge, walking/jogging 2 to 3 miles most week-days, completing 8 levels of programs on my treadmill in 2014, and tracking what I eat to gently lose 1 lb/wk.

Personal Information:
love living in NC with my husband (married 28 years May 2013) and adult daughter(who lives nearby) and walking with friends. enjoy working with positive people at our towns' botanical garden.
