using the 28-day bootcamp challenge, walking 2 miles most week-days, completing all 16 levels of programs on my treadmill in 2014, and tracking what I eat. And getting back to the gym in January 2014!
love living in NC with my husband (married 28 years May 2013) and adult daughter(who lives nearby) and walking with friends. enjoy working with positive people at our towns' botanical garden.
