o Actively participate in 5% Fall challenge

o Exercise- 1500 minutes this month...
- Cardio- 6 times per week....easy with dog to walk, no matter how I feel
- Strength training- 20 minutes, 2x week

0 Water intake: 8 glasses per day

O Sugar treat- work to regain control....still fighting

0 Use Spark Food Tracker, stay within calorie range

Yes, what I read about Spangler's books is that there is a motivational lesson about lifestyle changes for each day, so it's worth it to me to get even one good idea -- and I only paid $6.35 for both books, including shipping. A book about a specific diet I wouldn't bring home if they were giving them away. Spangler's ideas are supposed to work with whatever food plan you're on, so I'm hoping what she speaks of as committment will translate into a motivation head-trip!

I think I will hold off joining a group for now since my girlfriend cruise is Oct 4 to 11. Plus DH just signed us up for another in November. I'm so happy to go but know I need to become focused and proactive with all of this and the holidays right behind.

emoticon Bravo for all those fitness minutes and for tracking!!

So far I like the 100 Days Challenge book. :D It challenges the reader to do something to show true commitment, so I tracked my food. lol
Do you have a start date or are you waiting for a group to start?
