Another woman here on Sparks wrote about being so ill, and then she decided to try being gluten free and sugar free and she said she now feels wonderful. She had also dropped 50# as her bread cravings were gone.

Thank you very much for the comment you left on my Blog. I know, it does feel great when you're regularly exercising. I've been doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred every other day for 2 weeks now, and I do still go to all my Taekwondo classes. It's the running I'm having the most trouble with.
I think that if I had a treadmill at home it would be better. Right now I have to waste so much time going to the gym, waiting for a treadmill to be available, doing the workout, and then driving home... it doubles the amount of time it could take. If I could do it at home, whenever I wanted, I think I'd be much more successful... like I am with 30DS. :) I'm definitely going to have to keep an eye on Craig's LIst! :)
