My Goals:
I made it to a size 4 and then got depressed and gained back 10 lbs. Not happy about it but it happened. I've kept active so I'm pretty fit but I felt so much more energetic without those last 10. Time to get with the program and eat properly.

I'm active and an inspiration to my kids. When they leave home I want to have enough OOMPH left to have a great life for myself and to start a new career.

My Program:
I'm skating three days a week, even taking lessons now.

I'm getting back to strength training on my stability ball 3 times a week, who needs to pump iron when you've got rubber?

I'm trying a couple new classes and getting to the pool again. It feels good to be working out.

Personal Information:
I'm Theresa and live in Nova Scotia, Canada

I have three kids and am a busy mom.

I also have more pets than anyone deserves to have...but I love them all.

Other Information:
I couldn't live without books! I read all the time. Lots of different books, mystery novels, non-fiction, sometimes historical fiction. Right now I'm reading Kay Hooper.

Movies I like to watch but it depends on mood. I get a "Top Gun" fix once a year, gotta watch all that testosterone zipping across the screen and enjoy the fabulous music.

Also I like to remember little Tommy Cruise before he became weird. I watch "Hope Floats" when I need a good cry. The last good movie I watched was "Ratatouille" with my kids as a family. Rare occasion now that my 17 yr old has her own life. It was fabulous, definately a buy when it comes out on video.

Another woman here on Sparks wrote about being so ill, and then she decided to try being gluten free and sugar free and she said she now feels wonderful. She had also dropped 50# as her bread cravings were gone.

Dr. Mercola (he is a medical doctor) writes a lot about it on his web site.

You are very welcome, glad I wasn't playing alone. Just did 500 swings and I've got 9470 logged in. Sunday will be my last workout with 800 swings and I feel great. What an amazing challenge!

Thank you very much for the comment you left on my Blog. I know, it does feel great when you're regularly exercising. I've been doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred every other day for 2 weeks now, and I do still go to all my Taekwondo classes. It's the running I'm having the most trouble with.

I think that if I had a treadmill at home it would be better. Right now I have to waste so much time going to the gym, waiting for a treadmill to be available, doing the workout, and then driving home... it doubles the amount of time it could take. If I could do it at home, whenever I wanted, I think I'd be much more successful... like I am with 30DS. :) I'm definitely going to have to keep an eye on Craig's LIst! :)
