After years of struggling on my own to lose weight, I decided I need more help. I've been at this particular plateau for almost 20 years. Depressing! Can't get below 170 pounds no matter what I do. I figured if I started this, maybe someone out there could spot what I am doing wrong and point me in the right direction.
