I am having a major headache today. I am already at a place where I wish work was over so I can lay my head down and rest. I am hoping to hear from you soon. I am keeping within my calorie intake. However, I know I need to add more fruits and veggies. Cutting the sweets out hasn't been to hard. I do love, love, love my vanilla lattes though.
