My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50 lbs. or more and become physically fit. I would love to be able to spend a day hiking or gardening without becoming completely exhausted and spend the next week recovering. I have many clothes that I really want to be able to wear again to some events where I will visit with old friends and relatives I haven't seen in awhile.

My Program:
I have a low glycemic diet that I'm following, but am also using the nutrition tracking page for caloric intake as well as keeping tabs on certain nutrients that I'm currently very low in. I have a couple of groups of people that are helping with exercise. One being a group of women that I walk with once a week. I also attend a dance class once a week for a couple of hours. I'm currently working on getting my treadmill fixed so that I can walk some every day.
