My Goals:
The aim is to be at my Goal Weight of 114lbs by January next year.
Trying to focus on putting one foot in front of the other and getting each workout done and making that smart food choice each time rather than being put off by thetotal large number I need to lose.
Personal Information:
28y/o South Londoner. I work full-time and am also studying part-time for an OU degree. Making sure that workout time doesn't get swallowed up by the rest of life is a top priority for me.
Other Information:
I love going to the ballet and seeing musicals.
Planning to go to New Zealand to see my best friend next year.
