Rose's Profile

My name is Rose,
I was around a size 6-8 in UK clothing, but then i broke my foot and couldn't walk for 6 months, and i piled on the pounds i am now a size 14 and this has really got me down how i can put on so much from not being able to walk, and i still ate the same.

So my aim now is to become a size 8 UK clothing, and to be able to see my abs again, they must be under there somewhere!

Since weighing in at may around 182 pounds (13 stone), It's now august and I have reached 11 stone (154 pounds). So i have lost 2 stone overall. Unfortunately my BMI still states I'm overweight. Currently about to start on week 4 of T25 workout programme, so will be sure to loose a lot more. I'll keep you guys updated.

I think you need to fix your weight tracker, it says you weigh 361lbs.

Huh, you're right. We've been the same weight starting and currently. That's kind of neat, we're losing weight together. Have you felt a little that your motivation is sometimes a little less than what it was? I find myself thinking, "you know you can stop now and It'd be okay." I think that's just the lazy part of me though. I usually realize it's just self sabotage and keep going! Best of luck to you!!! emoticon

I hope you get to see your abs again soon one day! I am only seeing them via x-ray these days and MRIs! HAHA But I am getting there. 54 pounds gone in 10 months. I have hit a little plateau, but did garage sale work all weekend, so that should have been break enough to snap me out of it, so tomorrow starts a whole new attack and eviction of my fat cells!

So welcome and enjoy! If you have questions, you can always reach out and send me a SparkMail, or stop by my SparkPage at the link below. We can do this together, with encouragement and support from others, and SparkPeople has really great resources for any kind of workout or condition!

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome, and Enjoy!
