Health and Happiness

It has been over two years ago, that I began this wonderful Spark adventure. I have successfully lost sixty pounds and as of the beginning of September 2011, I have been in maintenance for one year. Today, I switched my tricker to a maintenance ticker. I can say this new me is real. The way I eat, the way I think, the way I exercise and the way I look, have all changed. I am delighted! I really love the transformation!

emoticon The Motivator of the Day. What an honor.

I follow Dr. Mercola's web site and I know he recommends the PACE exercise program all the time. He always recommends intermittent fasting, which I know Sparks doesn't approve of, but Dr. Mercola is a medical doctor and I believe what he writes since he uses a lot of medical studies for support.
