Make It Happen

Well I'm back and this time for good! In total I have lost 40lbs all together and am still not done losing. I had a stump where I fell off the wegon. Thank the lord I didn't gain anything but I have not lost either. I've come way to far to give up so here I am. I will not give up and can not give up. I saw first hand how amazing I felt when I lost 40 pounds and I I will be losing more. My goals are right in front of me. I just have to want them bad enough

My Goals:
1: lose 50 pounds
2: exercise 10 min. Everyday
3: drink more water
4: start counting calories
5: quit smoking
6: run a mile with out stopping 7: Treat myself to the spa when I lose 50lbs
8: New outfit at 200lbs 9: Run a 5k for a cause

My Program:
I am counting calories and using portion control. Also I am drinking lots of water and green tea. And I am walking 30 minutes to an hour five days a week. And recently I started running but not a lot. I'm trying to work my way into it. I usually only am able to do 10-20 min. A day

Personal Information:
I have struggled with my weight issues pretty much all my life. I have a beautiful daughter who means the world to me. Walking is my choice of exercise. I love walking, I find it peaceful. I also like doing step aerobics. I am also going to school to be a medical assistant.

Other Information:
Other things about me, I love to read. I love books by Ann Rice and Stephine Meyers. Romance movies are my favorite. I also love nature. That being said is the reason why fall is my favorite season. I love crabs!!!! There is not a pasta or potato that I have met that I haven't liked :p . I am very interested in running! One day I hope to be a runner (I'm in the process of working on it)
