I'm just trying to get back the body I used to have and didn't appreciate!

Now thirty has hit and I didn't quite get to where I want to be I am making a renewed effort. spurred on by my clothes not fitting how they should and the realisation of how I really look.

It's difficult to really think about hwo I used to look as I don't really think I realised how much I had changed. I found old clothes recently and was amazed at how tiny they look in comparison to what is in my wardrobe now but I remember thinking at the time I made them that I had put weight on and how huge my new size was!

At the time of writing I have lost 13 pounds and I am hoping for another stone and one pound. That would bring me down to the weight I was when I was at university.

I feel fitter than I did, I a definitely a lot more able to run walk dance etc. And I know giving up smoking (two years now!) has helped a lot in that respect. I have been doing exercise at least once a week for the best part of four years but I have stepped that up a lot recently and exercise in some form 6 days a week. I love body combat and body balance and for the first time this morning I actually got up early to do my belly dance practice drills.

My Goals:
I'd like to be a UK size 10 to 12 again.

I want to be able to make clothes to fit my amazing new figure.

I want to still enjoy food and cook delicious things but not to eat for comfort or boredom!

My Program:
Monday - Body Jam and Boxfit

Ketlle bell sets twice a week

deadlifts x20
deadlift and push x 20
swing x20
dead leg lift x 20 each side

repeat 3 times

2 bonus choices of a long walk/ going out dancing/session on my trampoline
