Wow! You've got quite a lot planned. Fun!!! I'm doing the San Jose Rock and Roll Half in October and then the Las Vegas Rock and Roll Half in December.
It's been hot here, but at least it's dry heat. Definitely doing the long runs in the morning.
I got some Asics Gel Kayano's and some Nike LunarEclipses but they must be overcorrecting. I know I have flat feet and that I might have a slight overpronation but I don't think I need stability. They make my shins sore and sometimes bother my knees. I have an old pair of Nike Air Pegasus that I'm going to switch back into until a new pair arrives. Running shoe stores either tell me I need a neutral shoe (pegasus) or slight stability. I think I'll stick with the neutrals. Hopefully my shoe-prince will come soon.

I was just thinking about you earlier and here you are. I'm glad you're doing well. The knees are a little cranky sometimes but that's okay. I got some new running shoes that don't agree with them. Otherwise, I'm doing great. Training for a half marathon in October.
