    I saw your comment in "the scale" You said you gave up sweets and stuffs. How about high carbs? White flour, white rice dairys and cheeses can still factor in why you hadn't lost weight. Wasn't sure of your time frame either. It looked like April 1st to the 4th? Not enough time to note a difference. But again wasn't understanding how long it's been for you to lose a significant amount of weight. Actually confused. MJ emoticon I will add you as a friend. Look at adding your food tracker so we can see what you eat in a day, so we may help you find those hidden carbs or what may be causing you not to lose weight Hang in there! Actually you don't have that much to lose. It's
    that last 10 lbs that is the hardest to lose.
