JANUARY 1, 2015 I managed to keep weight down for two and 1/2 years. Unfortunately I allowed myself to gain about 6 pounds during this last holiday season. I can't let this happen. I must turn it around now!! I'm going back to the basics. Do the things that got me to my goal in the first place. Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day.(I've been slacking off). I must turn it around now!! I'm going back to the basics. Do the things that got me to my goal in the first place. Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day.(I've been slacking off). SUCCESS!!! My goal was to lose 100 pounds. I have lost 103 pounds. I weigh 170. I haven't been this small in a very long time. It may not seem small but it is. I still have those darn chicken arms. LOL. I'm not a spring chicken and I've been large so long that if I lose any more I will look bad. I decided I will stay right where I am and my doctor agrees. I am happy, healthy and my DH and I think I look great!!
My new goal is to help others succeed in their goal to become new healthier people.

~When I wake up I will drink a large glass of water and eat a healthy breakfast ~Do a five minute exercise burst each morning before breakfast ~Do a least 30 minutes of Strength or cardio 6 days a week ~I will stay within my nutritional ranges as least 5 days a week
My name is Pam. I'm a Christian and have been married for 19 years and we were together 10 years before that. I have 4 grandchildren. Boy 22, girl 14, boy 6 and another boy 4. I'm Nana to all of them and I love spending as much time as possible with them.
I am disabled. It's frustrating because its only been about 5 years and I'm not used to being limited. I'm blessed because when I had back surgery it was completely successful and it stopped the majority of my pain.
I live a blessed life. All my needs are met and I am able to spend quality time with my 86 y/o Mom. She's happy and healthy and we have great fun together.

NEVER MIND WAITING UNTIL TG IS OVER.... SOMETHING WILL ALWAYS BE COMING UP THE HOLIDAYS BIRTHDAYS ETC...... YOU NEED TO BE STRONG ENOUGH TO SAY NO MORE...... I'M HERE FOR YOU PAM........ I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS BECAUSE YOU'VE DONE IT IN THE PAST..... DON'T LET THE FAMILY BRING YOU DOWN.... GO AND ENJOY YOURSELF AS MUCH AS YOU CAN..... THINK BEFORE YOU TAKE THAT BITE.... I'M HAPPY THAT YOU'VE LOST 4 LBS..... KEEP IT GOING....... I MAKE MY OWN MEALS EVERY DAY...... I HOPE YOU PICKED UP SOME GOOD FOOD SO YOU CAN GET BACK ON TRACK........ I'M STILL NOT EATING AT NIGHT...... I THINK IT'S 27 NIGHTS..... I'M NOT SURE ANYMORE I'M LOSING COUNT..... I COULD NEVER SAY THAT IN THE PAST.......... COME PAM I'M HERE FOR YOU....... I KNOW

I GUESS THAT'S WHY I GOT MIXED UP ABOUT 2 WEEKS......... I JUST CAN'T REMEMBER EVER DOING IT THIS LONG.. I SWITCHED FROM POTATO CHIPS TO THE FRUIT AND WHIP..... AND ACTUALLY STAYED WITH THAT FOR ALONG TIME......... I HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU..... IT'S SWEET AND MIGHT GIVE YOU ENOUGH SWEET TO NOT WANT CANDY... IF I HAVE CHOCOLATE IT MAKES ME WANT MORE.....
