Thanks for commenting on my blog! :) C25K is the Couch to 5K Running Program. You can find it online if you just type it into google. It's basically a 9 week program that builds your endurance over time in order for you to run a 5K. Obviously if you aren't ready for the next week it does say you can repeat weeks. I am planning on trying to run a 5K next summer so I have a nice long time to build up my endurance! :)
And yes it will be nice to have a few days to myself..I'm looking forward to working out and just being able to do it whenever instead of having to wait till hubby gets home to go..cuz thats not till like 10 at night!
