A Plan for Being Awesome

Hi! I am a PhD student in Pittsburgh. Having been overweight since my adolescence, I want to use my upcoming wedding (June 2013) as motivation to get to a healthier weight.

I began exercising more in December 2012, but I didn't begin tracking my food and changing my diet until January 5, 2012, so I consider that my "real" start date. My first weigh-in was January 8: I didn't own a scale before then.

My Goals:
-Lose 30 lbs by the end of June 2013.
-Stick to a regular sleep schedule.
-Do regular push ups.

My Program:
Nutrition:
-Track my food daily.
-1550-1880 calories a day.
-8 glasses of water daily.

Fitness:
I'm currently doing the 10 minutes a day program, so I aim for that every day. But most days of the week I do more: 45-50 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week, 30 minutes of cardio 2 days a week, strength training 3 days a week.

Just dropping by to ask how you are doing with the DDPYOGA? I wasn't sure if you got your question answered regarding how to track it on the Spark fitness tool ... I use Power Yoga.
