    Just wanted to let you know that very soon I will be joining the personal challenge of my 5% spark team Champions in the Kitchen's no sugar 3 day's at a time no sugar. For me personally mine is going to be no sweets (candy * unless it is the sugar free king* pastries, cake, etc. ) I will be starting this the day after Thanksgiving so that I can have the Lindonberry Jam on our Thanksgiving meal.. Please remind me on Black Friday that It is going to be Black No Sugar day for ME.. I love you
