The Journey Part 2

Time to get back in shape, I have done this before and suddenly lost interest, I reached my goal and simply got bored with it. This time I hope to stay motivated and MAINTAIN my gained goals. I just want to increase my fitness and lose a few extra pounds nothing major as far as weight goes but flexibility, stamina and strength are issues I want to address. I will most likely re-start the P90X program that I completed and add a weighted cadence walking or running routine to that for extra cardio ...

My Goals:
Get in better overall physical condition and lose between 7-10 pounds. Major concern is stamina, flexibility and strength.

My Program:
P90X with the addition of a ruck walk or run that is still to be determined however..
