Be grateful for each moment....

I lost 40 lbs when I started running 4 years ago. Pretty much just by running consistently and eating healthy foods. I started running to help with my TMJ. Running helps me in many ways and I pray I am healthy enough to do it for many many more years!
I have regained much of the weight of I lost! I could say it was all due to an injury, but it would just be excuses. I am owning my choices, good, bad and ugly ones and moving forward. As of July 29, 2013 I got up to 208.4. I will work ...

I have regained much of the weight of I lost! I could say it was all due to an injury, but it would just be excuses. I am owning my choices, good, bad and ugly ones and moving forward. As of July 29, 2013 I got up to 208.4. I will work towards 160 lb knowing that eventually I'll get there. Even though I have ran many miles, including one full marathon in the last 3 years, I am starting anew due to two stress fractures on my tibia in Dec. 2012. I pray that starting slowly will allow me to run again without re-injury.
I'm off to work towards my goal of a healthy life.

I am 5'10". 42. Blessed to know Jesus as my savior and lord.
I have a great husband and kids, 10 &7. I spend my days teaching 4th & 2nd grade.
Enjoy running, reading, baking, cooking, date nights with hubby, snuggling my kiddos, exercising with my kids.

Hey, you won't believe it but my husband bought P90X Wednesday night and we are going to do it together! I got my best friend to join me on my journey after all!! I am in shock and so thrilled!! God is so good!!
