Not great news this time...been slackin a bit and put on more weight than I have in over a year which sucks...but I will not let it get me down and will start to get back into my good habits.

This mth is the first time ever that I have weighed this goal is to get to 125 just to see if I can do it and almost there. The last time I weighed around this range was when I was 19 and even then I didn't stay that way for long. It is a lot of work but worth it cause I feel happy about myself which is nice for once.

The bad part is some peeps say I won't keep it off or others say I am getting to thin or say you are not going to lose more weight are you...these comments are not very nice or helpful for that matter. The most support I get is from my biological family which is mom is so happy for me.

Just hoping to keep this motivation going.

I am a constant yo-yo...go down then back up...repeat...and repeat.

Just tired of the old habits and want new/better work and trying to keep at it.

It has been pretty hard to keep at it...I have those moments I just wanna take a break and say 'F' this...but I have come to the realization that I need to monitor my eating (always) and make sure I exercise. It sometimes bums me out that I have never had the luxury of being the skinny girl...I have had weight issues since youth...even lost 30 lbs for my prom...and after having 2 lovely kids 'forget it' your body is just not the same.

This is the first year that I have kept off most of the weight...gained 10 lbs over the holidays but back too it and hoping to be even better this year...maybe even lose a bit more weight...however I feel better now than I have in many years. It could be the age thing too...people say you learn to appreciate things more as you age. :o)

I am short so my extra weight doesn't hide very well...hopefully one day I can stick to better habits and fluctuate between 125-135 range.
