Just Keep Swimming, Just Keep Swimming...

So this is probably my 5th attempt at losing weight here. I was briefly successful a few years ago, but then I fell out, and gained it all back (plus a few).

So I'm going to try really hard to take this slow and steady. No huge expectations, no intense pressure. Just trying to live better, and live differently.
