2013 is looking good!

I have tried many times to lose weight, but I think that this will finally be my year. I have found a few activities that are motivating and challenging for me - and exercise is finally making me happy!

I live in Canada and exercising in the winter is often a challenge. We have -30C weather more often than not here and let's face it, who wants to go out in that kind of stuff! I always gain during the winter months because I am more inactive, but I have joined a gym and a run club, ...
