You are SOOOO right about what you said on my newsfeed: when I'm in control of my healthy lifestyle, it really does have a knock on effect on the rest of my life! In the last 6 months, I've been dressing better for work, more professional because I now feel comfortable wearing cute dresses and heels, I hold myself better, I stand tall and have confidence to state my opinion, the list goes on! I have no doubt that all this helped me get an early promotion. It's SO amazing isn't it?! Life is just so much better when you take control. I love it.

Thank you for the comment on my blog! :-) I really like vega one. It's pricey, but I figure it costs about as much as a Starbucks coffee a day. I like it because it's got greens, protein, and a bunch of vitamins. I feel like it's my daily insurance policy.
