Hi! Good luck on your race. I did the 5k per month for 2 years and last year I did 5, I think. This year, I have been running but NO races yet. My daughter got married last month and I had to change my whole schedule for the spring. It was great but a bit crazy! Anyway, I need to do a race soon. I have been playing A LOT of tennis. Last week, I think I played 5 days and twice on 2 of them. Doesn't leave a lot of energy for running. would you like to set a goal or something for us to try to acheive or maybe we could have a comment on how we did every day? Let me know.
