7/5/12 I figured out my BMI this morning, and it wasn't good. I'm 54, and my health matters. I look fine, but I could look better. I feel fine, but I could feel better. I'm setting a few goals for myself that I'm "saying out loud" ~ 1. I will get rid of an average of 1-2 pounds per week. 2. I will do something active for at least 30 minutes, 5/7 days per week. 3. I will plan DAYS ahead for any special occasions this summer. 4. I will ...
7/5/12 I figured out my BMI this morning, and it wasn't good. I'm 54, and my health matters. I look fine, but I could look better. I feel fine, but I could feel better. I'm setting a few goals for myself that I'm "saying out loud" ~ 1. I will get rid of an average of 1-2 pounds per week. 2. I will do something active for at least 30 minutes, 5/7 days per week. 3. I will plan DAYS ahead for any special occasions this summer. 4. I will drink at least 3 bottles of water each day. 5. I will stay positive by reading inspirational/motivational quotes each day. BIG goal ~ to see 145 on the scale before Labor Day, 2012. BIGGER goal ~ to see 140 on the scale before Halloween, 2012. BIGGEST goal ~ to see 135 on the scale by Thanksgiving 2012. Long term goal ~ to stay between 135 and 140 for the rest of my life!
