oh gee...let's see if I can remember this...on your start page, go to fitness goals, enter in how many days a week you'll be doing cardio (and strength training), for the amount of time, etc...I think if you save your changes it should automatically update your daily caloric need...if I'm wrong (and it wouldn't be the first time...), check out the video tutorials on the video page...let me know if this works for you...
