Running Slow Finishing The Race

OK - so I'm not fast. But I'm out there, running, ok - maybe it's shuffling, but, yes, a quick shuffle. I think you'll see it listed as jogging here. But it's a little faster than walking and burns more calories.

Other Information:
I'm in my 3rd year with SP. I started out with C25K and have, by God's grace, been able to keep going. I walk more now too and most of my exercising occurs outdoors. Strength training is tough because of space in my tiny efficiency apartment, but part of what I need to do to keep improving. I'm a musician by passion and an IT project manager by paycheck. I do enjoy moving though. Prolonged sitting at work have made me eager to get out and move!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog. The photo is from my 10k trail run in April. It was my 1st and a lot of fun....plan on doing another one after my half.
