My goal is primarily to become more active. I'm going to try to focus more on how I feel than how much I weigh. Here's to a correlation between the two!

HWE: 268+ (PG) Start weight (this time): 210
Goal: 199(1-derland): Reward
Goal: 196 (no more obese BMI) : Reward
Goal: 190 (lowest SP weight) : Reward - TBD
And we'll take it from there!
Ultimate Goal: 140 Reward - I don't need a tangible reward when I get there, just crossing that finish line will be reward enough! (But maybe I'll buy the little black dress anyway...) Keep your eyes on the prize!
I'm an eclectic crazy person...I like knitting and gaming, and my musical tastes run the entire spectrum, although I am particularly fond of Pink Floyd. Love OTR and Doctor Who...wine...reading...sci fi in general. I'm trying to add cardio to the list of the things I love. ;)
You know I am glad you came back. It is hard and I struggle as well. May really slipped me by and I realized I have to focus more on me, u know?!? Hopefully you will do the same! We will always have ups and downs, but the point is that we still manage to come back and keep trying. And in my book that stands for something!
