Loved your blog! I hate running...I did the C25K a few years ago and was able to build up to almost 4 miles...but I just didn't love it. I live in the South and in the summer everyone is mowing and edging and you can't breathe while running. In the winter, let's just say us Southerners don't go outside unless it's warm. I hated running on the treadmill. I started walking again and do a little run/walk intervals if the Spirit moves me. I'm getting on my elliptical a little and trying to walk a lot more. I respect anyone who runs b/c I know how hard it is. My father is in his 70's now and used to be a triathlete and has run 100s of marathons and he did the Iron Man triathalon in Hawaii many times. I guess I just didn't get that running gene! Good luck with your 5K, you'll do awesome!
