My Goals:
I would love to loose all the weight so that I can move better, fit into chairs better, feel good about myself again. Feel Sexy and sassy. That is good for an old gal like me.



My Program:
 I am trying to stay on track and take one day at a time. Not to go over 1200 calories a day.

My goal is to loose over 100 pounds and keep it off.

Fit into cloths that make you feel good.

Personal Information:
I was born in Brockton, Massachusetts. I moved to Bradford Maine, then got married for the 2nd time and we moved to Shelton, WA. Now divorced 2 times and have a friend of 19 years. My family is back in MA. but the beauty of the North- West keeps me satisfied and will be staying here a long time.

I love my little black with white Chihauhau. I love to drive our Motor Home and visit all kinds of places in the USA. I also love to travel all over the US and abroad.

What an inspiring profile and all your pics- I am from Washington state myself. Now in Montana- but not liking it much here- too cold.
But I have to say how adorable your Cha Cha is- so so cute. LOL

Hi Ruthann! Thanks so much for the Sparks Goodie. You are so right. If it's not in the house I don't need to think about it! BTW your dog is adorable! We lost our yellow Lab last summer and miss him. I look forward to sharing my love with another dog from our animal shelter at some point. Have a great day!

Hi Ruthann - It has been a wonderful trip this time. Even with Casey and Norm sharing the driving, we have put in some long days. Yesterday 14 hours and 800 miles. But it will seem worth it when we pull in to Towerpoint this afternoon. Norm is doing remarkably well and has only complained that it is hard to get any walking in while traveling. Bailey has tried to help by begging to get out and walk at our every stop! The sun is shining and it's getting warmer - Life is good!

Hi, Want to thank you for the Spark Goodie! Have viewed your page and just know "life is good". Good for you! Before Sugar, I had 2 chihuahuas; for 18 years! Then lost them both the same year about 7 months apart---coincidentally the difference in their ages. Went petless a few years then decided it was time again and adopted Sugar last January. She is the only dog on my page that's mine; the goldens belong to a friend. You are absolutely right! She's my walking buddy; guilts me into it she loves it so much. Has me out and walking on days that it wouldn't even be a thought otherwise. Enjoy CA; hope the weather improves. My sister lives on the WA side of the Columbia River Gorge in Skamania. Majestic country; understand why you love the NW so! Be well. Joy
