Ruth's Weight Loss Journey

April 2014:
BLC24 is coming to an end and I've decided that I will not continue with the challenge. I wish to dedicate more time to my other teams, which have been neglected due to my limited time for Spark. BLC has been amazing for me. It taught me to appreciate support and to learn from others, even when their methods are different. I started running about two weeks ago and I feel that will catapult me into another phase of my journey.

December 2013:
Having completed BLC23 I feel stronger and more resolved to continue my journey. Although I only lost 2lbs I learned a tremendous amount and look forward to BLC24, during which I plan to make healthier choices.

May 2013:
I have been seriously trying to lose weight since June 2009. It is not until recently, however, that I really got serious and started exercising and eating and drinking more in line with my weight loss goals. 2013 is my year to drop a significant portion of my excess weight, I know it...!

You did finish BTS 1st Qtr Ruthie! I'm not absolutely sure but I think one of the posts directed us to a link and you had to upload it to your page. Wish I remembered for sure! You are welcome to copy and paste it from my page to a blank document and then upload it to your page if you like.

I'm doing 2nd Qtr also; Pink Pirates team. It has been a really good experience.
