Hello Ruthie! I have not been on here in a very long time. The last time that I was on here your youngest was a baby. Looking at your pics that has been a long time. You are looking great and I am so proud of you! Keep up the good work. You have a very beautiful family. 941 days ago
I really enjoy my barefoot shoes. The ones that you see in my picture with the toes are very comfortable, but you can also find styles that look like regular shoes too. I even have a pair of barefoot sandals.
No regular shoe was ever comfortable on my feet until I went barefoot. Despite my being actually barefoot all day at home, it still took me a couple of days to get used to the barefoot shoes because it is a different walking style than in regular shoes, it can take up to two weeks to get used to.
Many of the styles only come in european sizes, so go to a good shoe store to get your first pair. I think they're worth the $100 that they tend to cost. Once you know your size, Amazon has a lot more styles.
Here's a good link with information about barefoot running: http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/education /index.htm 1039 days ago
thank you for the friend add -I'll add you also. and you are spot on your blogs, Keep reminding yourself of those messages (what people say about you is none of your business and I would like to add... if someone treats you disrespectfully- it's THEIR problem, you haven't walked in their shoes, it's not your problem). Great work. 1170 days ago
