My Goals:
I am a 40 something former, athlete and dancer. I had gotten ill and gained weight taking medications (BCP).
I recently saw a magazine called Oxygen and a woman named Tosca Reno. She's over 50 and in fantastic shape.

I figure if she can do it so can I. I may never have her body but I want the best body for me. Being a part of a community and having accountability will help foster success.

My Program:
To reach my goal, I need a program that I will stick with. Therefore, I have started eating clean. I have also started an exercise program. I'm using some beach body products and have recently added Bob Harper's program twice a week.

A kettlebell, looks like a cannon ball with a handle. The come in several different weights. It's actually quite the workout.
