Thanks for checking in on me & for the goodie! I really am enjoying the smoothies...I know myself & I just get a little harried with the kids & meal prepping for everyone...so it's a little hard for me at start (getting all my proverbial ducks in a row) & being prepared to make my smoothies in the AM.
I haven't even looked at 2nd week ingredients or recipes yet...so I'm certainly wading into the process & setting my own pace with the changes as you suggested. My favorite so far was the Blackberry-Pear Smoothie & my 12 year old quite enjoyed it too, so I may be sharing some of these with her.
I'm glad I came across your page, the team, & the challenge. I think these are great new ideas for me to introduce & try on for size. The group seems great & like I can learn a lot with them.
Hope you have a great AM & wonderful start to the month.
I've been trying to Keto Adapt since January. So that is my goal every day - some days I do and some days I don't get it there. But I have since I've started notice I don't need as much food (or eat the mass amounts) like I used to and I am satisfied.
Now I just have to work on getting 8 hours of sleep to help with Keto and stop eating by either 5 or 7 pm to give my body a chance to deal with the meal
I've learned alot more about KETO by reading Keto Clarity. Glad you are liking the book. Going to have to write a review for Amazon soon as well as the Great Lakes Kosher gelatin (collagen).
Thank you for the blueberries! (...which I love, btw). I'm posting in our team about my Blender Adventures. Those things are good - they're satisfying. And whatever the opposite of chemically-addictive-ala-mcdonalds is, the green smoothies are it. I'm enjoying. Have a wonderful Thursday ~ ~:-)
The reason that it is intense and different than conventional yoga and pilates is that you do the moves faster. Insanity involves a lot of jumping moves, which is why it is hard on joints. I donít think PiYo is hard on the knees, at least not for me, but I donít have knee problems. The only issue that I have is my feet hurt but I donít think that happens to most people. I realized that I cannot workout with no shoes on. See if you can find some preview videos and try the moves before you buy.
