The reason that it is intense and different than conventional yoga and pilates is that you do the moves faster. Insanity involves a lot of jumping moves, which is why it is hard on joints. I donít think PiYo is hard on the knees, at least not for me, but I donít have knee problems. The only issue that I have is my feet hurt but I donít think that happens to most people. I realized that I cannot workout with no shoes on. See if you can find some preview videos and try the moves before you buy.

Yes, I have been doing PiYo since July. I love the workout! It is intense but it is amazing and I feel so good after. I highly recommend it if you like yoga at all.

Hi! I noticed my mistake and tried to delete the whole extra one, but it wouldn't let me. Now it's just sitting there looking embarrassed with nothing but a capital A written in it. Delete, delete!
Here's to Day Two!
GO TEAM!

Thanks for visiting my blog. I've really been trying to work on the pull ups as much as I can. I was so excited when I finally did my first one. Sure appreciate your support!
