Yes, it would be delicious t go to a spa retreat with you and Bren! I am so craving a spa getaway, I cannot even tell you. For now, I will settl for a bubbebath after working out with a friend at th gym elliptical and strength training). Would also love to work out with you girls. Take care, doll.

Hi Marki! Good to hear from you! I did a W30 in August - it went GREAT. Hope your current one is too! I plan to do another in January. It made me question whether tracking food was healthy for me so i'm less active on SP. Let me know how it's going!
