I'm tired of being overweight, but I have a hard time not succumbing to my weakness with food. I need to learn food is fuel not love and comfort. I need to learn that I can cut out certain foods but most importantly I should cut down. Moderation is key and rare treats aren't license to binge. Instead if I should bend to the will of my craving I should enjoy little nibbles (weighed out and counted in the nutrition tracker) with the hopes that extending my treat will reduce the strong ...
