My Goals:
My overall goals are pretty simple; to lose weight and live a healthy active lifestyle. To be more specific I would like to lose another 43 pounds over the next 4 months. Being active to me means going to the gym, cycling and hiking.
My Program:
Sunday: Step class or Wii Fit Monday: Strength class Tuesday: Spin class and yoga Wednesday: Strength class Saturday: Bootcamp Maintain a diet between 1200 and 1550 calories.
