My Goals:
My overall goals are pretty simple; to lose weight and live a healthy active lifestyle.

To be more specific I would like to lose another 35 pounds over the next 4 months. Being active to me means going to the gym, cycling and hiking. Now I'm trying running too.

Complete C225K: February 3, 2010
Reward: New running outfit for my 5 km.

Run 5 km Race - Date Set for March 15th, 2010
Reward: Necklace

Run 10 km Race - Date Set May 30, 2010
Reward: Hmm, I have to thing about this. It's gotta be a good one.

Long term goal is to run a half marathon.

My Program:
Sunday: Buns and Bellies
Outdoor run
Monday: Strength train/treadmill run
Tuesday: Spin Class
Wednesday: Strength train/treadmill run
Thursday: Bootcamp & Elliptical
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Bootcamp/treadmill run

I'm also doing 20 min's of Yoga on the Wii Fit every weekday morning.

Maintain a diet between 1200 and 1550 calories.

Post away my friend! I have quotes from runners and running friends here at Spark literally all over the walls of "my" room (the one I stole from my son when he grew up and moved out!)

Hi and thank you for adding me as a friend - I am honored! I had to check and see if you live anywhere near Portland - nope. I saw that you are looking for a May 10K and we (my Hood to Coast Relay team and I) are going to take part in one on May 1. I was going to invite you to come play with us! Oh well, it's kind of a long drive for a 10K! Hope you find the perfect one, and in the meantime - keep running!
