Hope all is well with you. I have been given permission to exercise and to us my pain as a guide. Which made me laugh, and think really I walked on a fracture fibula for 10 weeks I think I can handle some pain. With that said I am back to taking little steps. Thank you for the blog comment. :) I am really focusing more on fueling my body properly than on how many calories in and out. Jamie Eason said something that stuck with me She said something along the lines of,
if it was only about calories in vs calories out she could eat 2 pieces of cheesecake a day and still be in a deficit it's more to do with the quality of the calories in coming from good wholesome foods.
I'm ready to make these changes because I'm ready to be healthy and feel good again.
