Diving and riding through life

Hi, I am a 44 year old father of 3. I have been struggling with my weight off and on for the past 30 years or so. Really I have been making a greater effort over the last 4 years and have done the yo-yo thing with my weight for that time. First goal is to ride in the Ride Cincinnati Event June 8th 2012.

Second is RAIN ride, 160 miles across Indiana in July

My Program:
Well, I try to get to the gym 4 times a week to ride the recumbent bike. Hoping the knee feels good enough to start a spinning class soon

If you end up taking that ride from Chicago to Milwaukee, I'd love to hear about the route you take. I go to the north side of Chicago for school 2-3 times per year and I would love to do something like that one of those times.

Hey, thank you for adding me! You're doing an awesome job with your weight loss so far! I'm trying to lose my weight that I gained back again, so any new friends for support and encouragement is so helpful. I do hope we can revive the SparkCincinnati team, as I would love to have a somewhat local hub to talk to others in here.
