Shared Fitness Tracker
I am a 67 yr, old, married, retired, woman who loves animals, enjoys X-stitching, reading, and spending time with family - especially my grandchildren. I have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. I volunteer at the local Humane Society and have 5 cats, all adopted from the humane society over a number of years. I need to lose weight to improve my health and prevent new health issues from occurring. I also want to lose weight in order to be happier with the way I look...pure vanity! For me, controlling my food intake and making good choices are daily struggles....but I am committed to getting back on track.
My first goal is to be consistent about tracking what I consume and how much exercise I do.
I have joined the local Y and use their fitness center - right now I am using the treadmill with some consistency.
I live in Maine. I am married, have 3 adult children, and 5 grandchildren. I am an animal lover and have 5 cats (though we have also had dogs in the past, our last dog died last Spring).
