    Love the idea of pre-tracking...I try to do that after breakfast....I log my breakfast....figure out my lunch and dinner by mid morning when possible....it definitely helps me stay on track...

    For example I know tonight we are having ground sirloin burgers, aparagus and idahoan mashed potatos....

    I just have to figure out lunch, but as long as I log dinner now...I should be right on track for the day
