The Write Weigh

Right now, I am 31 years old. I have had the number 32 etched in my mind for the past two years believing that by the time I turn 32, I will finally be in a place where I am happy with my fitness level.

I've struggled for years with body image issues, but have finally reached a point in my life where I can accept the way I look in the right here and right now. However, I am not happy with my fitness level at all.

I've struggled for years with body image issues, but have finally reached a point in my life where I can accept the way I look in the right here and right now. However, I am not happy with my fitness level at all.

My heavy breathing after what should be only slight exertion is embarrassing. Whether I'm taking someone on a short tour for work or simply out walking with friends, I am the one whose breath hitches the most when trying to converse.

Fixing this problem is my goal. I am done being the slowest of the group, the sweatiest of the group, the fattest of the group!

thank you for the comment on my blog!! You are so right - I need to start focusing on the good parts of this journey. My husband said the other day "you're lighter on your feet". I'm going to focus on the loose(r) clothes, like you suggest. :)

Thank you for your sweet comment on my "Celebrate the small victories" blog. I am proud of myself and I hope that I can keep it up. I know there will be times where I'll eat out but losing weight is more important so I won't make that a consistent habit.
