My Goals:
After losing 73 pounds and reaching my goal weight in 2011, my goals now are to maintain my healthy weight, continue to eat well, strength train and keep running and cycling.

My Program:
Track my food daily to stay within my calorie range. Add veggies and/or fruit to every meal. More whole grains and lots of fiber. Cardio 6 days a week, strength train 2 -3 days a week.

Personal Information:
My name is Sara, I'm 44 years old, 5'4" tall. I live in Houston, Texas and love it. I'm married, have a wonderful daughter and three dogs. We live on a bayou and love to fish and watch the alligators.

Other Information:
I recently completed the Couch to 5K program! I love running and the way it makes me feel. I also love to ride my bike and strength train.

wow you are an inspiration to me...I am using you and your story as my inspiration for my wk....I love the bike in the background..can't wait to get my bike back on the rode...that's where I seem to do my best wt. loss is on the back of my bike..and long walks..all which take time away from my family..but I have to keep reminding myself..noone else is going to loose this wt. for me...right....rico emoticon emoticon emoticon
