I am a former 8 year varsity swimmer and cross country runner in high school and college. I taught and coached swimming off and on for more than 20 years at several different levels to both children and adults.
Thanks for commenting on my blog. I need to remember to drink more at work. I work 12 hour shifts on my feet and sometimes forget to drink water. I was a competitive swimmer when I was younger, too. I ran on the track team and cross country just to keep my weight down during the swimming off season. I added you to my friends list.
