I would like to be fit and in shape. I want to lose 45LBS and KEEP it off. Maintain a regular routine of working out and eating healthy.
Up early in the morning to the YMCA, 45 min on the elliptical, 1500cal/day of low fat, low carb, lean meat fruits and veggies, LOTS and LOTS of water. In bed at 9pm daily. Swim laps and ride bike when possible.
18yrs in the Coast Guard, married with 3 kids, currently living in Fairhope Alabama for another year then off on another adventure and maybe the last!
Starting Weight- 215 Goal Weight- 165
