Sticking to it!

I want to lose weight and become more healthy. I have a fairly easy time lately with eating better, but I really have no motivation to exercise. So far, I am losing weight without exercise, but I know eventually I will need to add it to get to my goal. Until then, I spend way too much time on the computer and watching TV!
