Hiya, I am going to meet my goal :)

Alright so my commitment last time fell through, stress so I'm back again but starting out not as extreme. I have stared revising my eating and starting exercising again.

My current plan is more similar to how I succeed the last time. I took up the c25k and I am currently on week 2 and I supplement the cardio with peddler thing. I'm really not sure what it is called. If I am watching tv I make myself use it 15-30 minutes. It's like a portable stationary bike. This week I can on ...

This week I can on cutting out the sweets more and adding strength training but I'm trying to do this slow and attainable.

My Goals:
I just want to get back to the 140 lb range. My pants are getting a little bit tight!

My Program:
Before I went slack I was doing 1200 - 1400 calories a day (no restrictions) but I tried to keep it healthy with lots of fruits and veggies and chicken for meat.

I tried to walk 30 minutes a day and I did 10-30 minutes of on demand cardio (tv) 2-4 times a week. I didn't have a structure for strength training.

So now I guess it's now going to be about the same except my exercise is going to be more structured thanks to sparkpeople telling me what I should do :)!

INSANITY goes pretty hard. I did videos for the first week of my workouts, if those will help you at all.

I keep eating salads, wishing they were those brownies! ;) Hasn't happened in 10 years. I can keep hoping, though-- right?!
